After all, who better to discuss a wine than someone who’s actually tasted it? We do want to ensure that all reviews are fair and suitable for everyone, so we would be grateful if you would stick to the following rules
Please don’t swear or else we won’t be able to use your review. This goes for any defamatory or threatening comments too.
No discussion of competitors
We are unable to accept any reviews that discuss or comment on any of our competitors.
Product reviews should be of the product in question
Please only review the wine itself. If you have concerns about other issues, such as packaging or service, please contact email@example.com or call us on 028 4483 0091 (NI/GB) or 048 4483 0091 (RoI) and we will be happy to discuss these issues with you.
Say what you think
We pride ourselves on the quality and value of our wines. If you really enjoyed something, tell everyone about it. If it’s not to your taste or doesn’t match your expectation, that’s fine. Let us know and we’ll try and make sure we are describing and recommending our wines as accurately as possible. Nobody benefits from drinking the wrong wines.
Try and write clearly
Reviews work best when they are easily understood and we want to get as clear an idea of what you think as possible. This will also help other customers make more informed choices.
Please note that we do still reserve the right not to publish your review – but we will only take this action in exceptional circumstances.
