Collection opens with notes of yellow fruit, citrus zest and acacia blossom, which are followed by a light touch of roasted hazelnuts, the hallmark of the Chardonnay. Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé NV

The production secrets and the vinification method of this cuvée go back to the origins of the House of Bille-Cart Salmon and have been handed down for seven generations. The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Its special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry.

Beautiful nose, fresh and elegant. A real cocktail of white fruits, yuzu, jasmine, honey, and acacia. The fine and delicate bubble envelops itself with a creamy and chalky texture. Its saline finish, with its low dosage, leaves a sensation of refreshing and sapid length.

Sigma, a name that tells of the richness of the blend, the particularity of this Blanc de Blancs champagne, representative of its chalky region.

Sparkling

JN Sparkling

Made especially for us at JN by Bouvet Ladubay, the second oldest producer of sparkling wine in Saumur. The company works with over 120 local growers who produce grapes with the guidance of Bouvet Ladubay oenologists. The wine is crafted in Ladubay's high-tec winery in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent. A high proportion of Chenin Blanc lends this sparkler a lovely richness and lots of ripe apple and white floral flavours with a hint of honey - yum!

Domaine Manciat Poncet Crémant de Bourgogne NV

Manciat-Poncet Crémant de Bourgogne is produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle, this results in an amazing sparkling wine, that certainly gives Champagne a run for its money. This French non-vintage sparkling wine is made in Burgundy and therefore called Crémant de Bourgogne. It's made from a beautiful blend of 30% chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay and 20% Aligote, a traditional Burgundian white grape.

Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco NV

Bright straw yellow in colour, it is fruity and floral on the nose, with prominent notes of Williams pear and white flowers. On the palate it reveals a soft, crystalline and delicate texture. An aperitif wine, excellent with finger food, light appetizers and delicate dishes based on vegetables and fresh cheeses.
