Event Tickets Full Terms & Conditions

Events are promoted by James Nicholson Wine Ltd. (7/9 Killyleagh Street, Crossgar, BT30 9DQ), unless otherwise stated. 

You must be over 18 attend an event. 

James Nicholson Wine Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change the event at any time. 

In the event of cancellation James Nicholson Wine Ltd. will refund the original purchaser of the ticket according to their payment method. Proof of purchase will be required. 

Limitations

Tickets can only be used once. 

Tickets cannot be reload, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. 

Tickets are valid for event date only and cannot be used for any other event.

Cancellation

In the event of having to cancel your ticket for an event, you must contact James Nicholson Wine Ltd. by telephone on 02844 830091 or by email to shop@jnwine.com.

Except in exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of James Nicholson Wine Ltd., refunds can only be made for cancellations received prior to 48 hours of the event date. 

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for tickets pass to the recipient on electronic transmission, or on delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any ticket is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. Copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to tickets, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If applicable law does not allow limitations or implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above disclaimer, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
