Are you ready to join our team? We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Van Driver on a Full-Time Temporary contract - immediate start.
Job description:
Responsible and accountable for verifying and recording all goods on to our asset tracking system in an accurate, timely and consistent way. Assisting with loading/unloading of vehicles, taking off supplier deliveries and putting away in correct areas, and to carry out any other warehouse functions, relevant administration and health & safety tasks as directed. To make safe, timely deliveries to customers throughout Northern Ireland, in accordance to driving regulations.
Responsibilities include:
Picking and packing orders.
Unloading deliveries and putting away goods.
Loading Vans for deliveries.
Deliver to customers throughout N Ireland in a timely and courteous manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must hold a current, clean, valid driving licence.
Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job, and over 25 years old due to insurance.
Previous experince of warehouse or delivery driving is desireable.

Retail/Marketing Advisor
Are you ready to join our team? We are currently recruiting for a Retail Advisor/Marketing Advisor to join our award-winning team, based at our Head Office in Crossgar.
This is an execellent opportunity for someone passionate about wine to work in the industry in a customer facing role. This varied role encompasses a broad range of skills; customer interaction, organisation, marketing, presentation along with general duties. We are looking for a dedicated individual, with real drive, a can do attitude and a thirst for knowledge in wine.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in the shop, on the phone or by email with their wine needs
Making wine recommendations
Processing orders
Packing and checking orders for despatch
Stock management
Maintain the company website (imagery, content, products)
General administrative duties
Planning and presenting at events
Hosting tastings
Handling payment securely
Planning and carrying out social media campaigns
Creation of imagery and content for ad-hoc projects
Essential Skills:
Minimum 6 GCSE passes at grade C or above or equivalent (or higher) including English language and mathematics
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient IT skills to work with ERP
Knowledge and interest in wine (WSET desirable but not essential)
Good communication skills, both with customers and other members of the JN team
Marketing experience – capturing social media content, use of publishing platforms and design software
Indepth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Working Hours:
The retail team are located in the JN Wine shop in Crossgar, Co. Down.
40 hours per week on a shift rota. Retail shifts are 8 hours and run between 9am and 7pm. Working days are Monday to Saturday. Occasional work outside of these hours will be required for events.
