Digital Marketing Executive

Are you ready to join our team? We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team, based at our Head Office in Crossgar. 

The position covers a broad range of responsibilities and would be ideal for someone passionate about driving sales both online and through traditional sales channels with high impact social content and marketing.

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual, with proven marketing experience and a flair for writing and design, looking for a new opportunity.

The Role

Creating highly engaging campaign content across all channels, including writing/editing copy for web, social media and email marketing elements, ensuring it is best suited to each channel, whilst maintain the company tone and meeting technical requirements for SEO etc.

Create relevant artwork for online and offline campaigns (experience of using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or similar packages is essential)

Maintain the company website (imagery, content, products).

Devise, implement and track effective multi-channel marketing initiatives, evaluating and reporting performance of campaigns.

Creation of imagery and content for ad-hoc projects – wine lists, brochures, promotional mail.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digitally focused role, running campaigns on Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Have a high level of standard in Maths and English.

Must be graphically creative, have a strong visual sense with originality and a forward-thinking attitude.

Ability to pay attention to detail and work to a high degree of accuracy with autonomy.

Experience of graphic design packages such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

Desirable

Relevant degree in computing, marketing, or business-related discipline.

Previous experience of working in a similar role within the retail industry with an understanding of various trading channels and business information systems is desirable.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, although candidates should be flexible and be prepared to get involved in some out of hours events.

This role is based onsite in our head office.

Finance Assistant / Trainee Accounting Technician

Multi-Award winning, JN Wine are recruiting an Accounts Assistant/Trainee Accounting Technician based in their Head Office in Crossgar, Co Down.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in finance or looking to broaden their experience as the successful candidate will gain experience in all aspects of the business. 

Responsibilities include:

Accounts payable: processing supplier invoices and actioning supplier payments

Accounts receivable, reconciling customer accounts, issuing statements and assisting with credit control.

Reconciliation of bank accounts, and other financial transactions.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and any other ad-hoc duties as they arise, to support the day to day running of the business.

Essential Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel with good numerical and analytical skills.

Proficient IT skills to work with ERP and accounting software

Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5 GCSEs A-C, to include English Language and Maths.

Desirable:

Previous AP or similar finance experience

Hours of work:  9am -5pm Monday to Friday in our Head Office in Crossgar.
