Delivery Information

We have a reliable and established delivery network throughout Ireland and the UK with regular deliveries to Belfast city centre and daily deliveries to Dublin city centre.

Duty Paid Deliveries

Delivery is free within Northern Ireland, with our fleet of vehicles, for 12 x 75cl bottles or more, or £7.95 for less.

Delivery is free within the Republic of Ireland for 12 x 75cl bottles or more, or €10 for less Delivery to GB mainland is £10.95 for the first case (12x75cl) and £7.95 for each additional case (12x75cl) thereafter. Our preferred couriers are Securispeed and UPS.

Delivery to GB, by DHL,  is £10.95 for the first case (12x75cl bottles) per delivery address, and £7.95 for each subsequent case (12x75cl bottles ). 

Wine will usually be delivered to you any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). and we endeavour to deliver your wine within 7 working days from receipt of your order.

If possible, please let us know where the wines can be left if you are out in the Delivery Instructions section.If the wine delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so that another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left. Should you require delivery after a particular date, please specify in the ' Delivery Instructions'. We can deliver wine to work addresses.

Please note that deliveries to The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact us for a quote at shop@jnwine.com.

If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. If you wish to place an order to different people at the same address (for example two people who work at the same company), please complete a separate order for each person.

Under Bond Deliveries

Under Bond Deliveries are charged at teh current pallet rate.  A pallet can be shared (between customers) to decrease the cost.

All goods must be examined at the time of delivery.

Claims for breakages will only be accepted only if James Nicholson Wine is given notification within three days of delivery.
