Wine Club Terms and Conditions

We offer three types of wine club to suit all tastes.

  • The Discovery Club (every 2 months)
  • The Luxury Club (quarterly)
  • The Premier Cru Club (quarterly)

To become a JN Wine Club member, please sign up at our dedicated wine club page and fill out the necessary details. The following Terms and Conditions apply.


Members get exclusive, discounted boxes of wine depending on club membership. Gift vouchers issued as an introductory offer will be cancelled if you cancel your wine club.

This offer will not be available for any subsequent sign ups. In addition to your discounted wine club case, Wine Club customers are entitled to 12.5% off selected wine purchases (this excludes En Primeur, Fine Wines, Brokered or Bond Wine, Mixed Cases, Promotions or Special offers, and any other non-wine items, e.g. Spirits, glassware, packaging, food, books, gift vouchers, event tickets, etc.)



All payments are by Credit or Debit Card and are charged prior to the wine club despatch.

By entering your credit card details you are setting up a recurring payment and authorising us to deduct your credit card prior to your wine club delivery date, unless your wine club skipped or cancelled prior to the cut-off date.

You will receive two automatic emails advising when your credit card will expire. Your card can be updated in the wine club section of our website.



James Nicholson Wine Ltd. and James Nicholson Wine Merchant Ltd. reserve the right to cancel, withdraw or change the club at any time.

We will advise you if we intend to make any changes that will affect your wine club.


You can change, skip or delay a delivery from your online account. Customers may skip 2 deliveries in any rolling 12-month period after their first delivery. You should allow a reasonable length of time for your cancellation to take effect. Should you cancel whilst your wine club is out for delivery, your credit card will have already been charged and you will be expected to take delivery.

Delivery to the Rest of the World is by special arrangement only - please contact us for details.
Deliveries to Great Britain and Northern Ireland are charged in Sterling (£) and UK Duty and VAT rates apply.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged in Euros (€) and ROI Duty and VAT rates apply.
