Viña Casablanca Céfiro Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Casablanca Valley, Chile

Chilean Sauvignon Blanc can offer an excellent middle ground between opulent New Zealand styles and the more restrained French expressions. This wine from the coastal Casablanca Valley offers aromatic notes of guava and mangetout, with a zesty palate of lemon and capsicum.

Maison Ventenac Les Dissidents Préjugés 2024, Cabardès, France

An attractive Chardonnay hailing from limestone slopes near Carcassonne. Ripe, with exotic fruit flavours of pineapple and yellow peach supporting a textural body and gentle nuances of hazelnut from maturation in large oak casks.

Rustenberg Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Stellenbosch, South Africa

Rustenberg is one of the most respected producers in South Africa. This estate Sauvignon is sourced from high altitude vineyards and combines subtropical fruit richness with a taut acidity.

Domaine de la Chauvinière Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie 2023, Loire, France

A fresh, tense Muscadet from fourth-generation winemaker Jérémie Huchet. Pale lemon-green, it opens with aromas of seashell, Granny Smith apple, and white flowers. A crisp and citrusy palate is balanced by subtle creaminess from lees ageing.
