      Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana was founded in 1792 and since then the firm has passed from father to son, being today one of the few winemaking companies managed by the family and directed by the eighth generation in direct line of the founder.

      Served cold, it is ideal for all kinds of tapas, as well as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, smoked meats, white meats and salads. The perfect aperitif.
