100% Syrah. Deep ruby red in colour. Fresh red fruits on the nose, strawberry and toffee notes. Balanced and fresh. Enjoy as an aperitif or with salads, cold or grilled meats.

Mechanical harvest. 3 to 4-days cold pre-fermentation maceration (6°C), alcoholic fermentation at 30°C - 32°C with daily pumping over and crushing. Aged in concrete vats with early bottling to keep freshness and fruit.

The story of Jean-Louis Mourre's vineyard begins in 1962 when the Mourre family, after 42 years of winemaking in Algeria, returned to France and acquired the estate. Located in the Rhône Valley, at the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail, the Domaine spans 22 hectares, including 7 hectares in Vacqueyras.
