      Tasting Notes and Description
      Clear and bright. Light pink in colour. Notes of very ripe cherries and strawberries dominate the aromas. In mouth it is rounded and notably fresh, crispy, dry and perfect for summertime sipping.

      Pair with pork, chicken or summer salads.

      The wines from Herdade do Sobroso, intense and elegant, with great aromatic complexity and natural freshness, are the result of respect for Nature and the unique terroir of the vineyard by the Guadiana River, in the DOC Vidigueira region.

      The grapes were handpicked and transported to the cellar in a small 15kg boxes. The must is the result of direct pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 25 days.
