Domaine La Clef du Récit

The Menetou-Salon vineyards, rooted in the commune of Morogues, flourish amidst Kimmeridgian-era soils known as "white earth." As for Sancerre production, 20% of it is planted on terroirs similar to those of Morogues, which imparts roundness and elegance to the wine. Length and minerality are contributed by a flint soil (20%) combined with 60% soft limestone called "caillotes."

Today the estate covers 3 appellations covering 16 hectares, planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir covering Sancerre, Menetou Salon and Quincy.

In the cellar, a modern facility offers equipment enabling quality work and meticulous winemaking in respect of traditions.
