Deep and intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Intense, with great aromatic expression. Concentrated floral notes, violets, roses, and black pepper, combined with ripe red fruits like plum and blackberry. Its aging in French oak confers elegant flavours of smoke and tobacco, melted with chocolate notes. In the mouth it starts sweet and generous, giving way to a complete and concentrated palate with a long, fruity, and elegant finish. Suggested serving temperature: 15-16 °C

By the Andes, at an altitude 4000 feet. Soils of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. Special handling of pruning, irrigation, and canopy to obtain low yields and grapes of the highest quality.

The plot from which this Malbec comes is differentiated by zones according to the homogeneity of the land. The area of least vigour is harvested manually at the end of March, the area of greatest vigour at the beginning of April. In both cases, grape selection of bunches is made in the vineyard and at the selection table. 100% of the wine aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
