      Tasting Notes and Description
      A beautiful expression of the Chassagne terroirs, where the subtle nuances of citrus and white-fleshed fruits are delicately expressed. On the palate, its generous character harmoniously combines power and finesse, offering a balanced taste experience full of refinement.

      Ideal with grilled fish or shrimp blanquette.

      This cuvee is produced from the Domaine Olivier Leflaive's own vineyards (Houillères and Pierres), but also from a blending of purchased fruit on the terroirs of Charrières, Les Blanchots Dessous, Les Benoites, and Les Mazures-et-Voillenots.

      Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels. Ageing 18 months (of which 6 months in stainless steel tank) in 20% of new oak. 13% vol.
