Medium red in colour. Enticing aromas of black cherries and strawberry complemented by subtle oak and some complex foresty/whole bunch ferment elements - the wine reveals more of itself with every swirl and sniff.

Palate: On the palate it is all ripe, red and black cherries, with an attractive, savoury edge coming from the fine, drying tannins and balanced acidity. Altogether soft and supple.

It should go well with spicy lamb or game. It will drink nicely upon release and improve over the next 5-6 years. Another terrific wine from this special site.
