Château Pesquié Terrasses Rosé makes a delightful apéritif. Suited to grilled meats and fish, raw or grilled vegetables, charcuterie, soft white cheese and spicy dishes. It also matches fresh fruit based desserts and sorbet. Serve fresh at around 8° C.

Château Pesquié is a family estate located at the foot of the Ventoux Mountain, in the south of the Rhône Valley, gathering three generations of winemakers. At JN Wine we are proud to showcase these wonderful wines and hope to share the Pesquié passion for unique terroir, hand harvesting, organic practises and biodynamic principles with old vines planted on unique soils.

The terroir of Château Pesquié has one of the coolest microclimates in the south of the Rhône Valley. The terroir has a great mineral diversity, predominantly consisting of limestone. The Ventoux Mountain provides exceptional conditions to create outstanding wines.

Colour: Very pale rosé, bright and limpid.

Nose: Flavours of small fresh red berries and citrus fruits.

Palate: The mouth offers a great balance and freshness with aromas of gooseberries, raspberries and citrus, with floral notes.

Assemblage: Cinsault (50%), Grenache (40%) and Syrah (10%)

Vinification: This Cuvée is a fermented in stainless still tanks and kept at low temperatures for a few hours. Direct press. No oak. Bottled at Château Pesquié.
