This is a fresh and fruity wine with flavours of white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes and good minerality. Pleasant as an apéritif, it makes an ideal partner for oysters, shellfish, grilled fish, and ham with parsley sauce.

Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre grow their Chardonnay vines from parcels situated beside the village of Fontenay-près-Chablis, at the very heart of the Chablis vineyards. On high plains or steep hills, all the Domaine's Chablis grows on stony Kimmeridgien limestone soils. Most of their vineyards are between 15 and 20 years old. Some parcels were planted by their great grandfather, Marcel, around 1950/1960.
