The colour is bright, clean and pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose notes of white flowers, orange peel and almonds. On the palate there's balanced acidity and freshness with a persistent finish. Serve cold between 6 and 8°C. Excellent with a wide range of fish, chicken, sushi and vegetable dishes.

Merseguera, is a traditional variety from the Valencia D.O. which is resistant to drought and produces grapes with a pleasant and balanced sugar/acidity ratio.

Located in Hoya de Buñol, 40 kilometres west of the Mediterranean Sea at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level.

The soil is clay with good rainwater retention due to the work and the contribution of organic matter. The vineyard is trellised with two threads, leaving 10 buds per vine. The vines are hand harvested selecting only the best berries.
