Agnes Paquet took over 3 hectares of family vines in Auxey-Duresses in 1999 and produced her first vintage in 2001.

Winemaker's notes:

This wine comes from two plots in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune on clay-limestone soil:
- a young plot in the town of Meloisey, a place called "la Lié"
- a plot of around forty years old, in the town of Baubigny, a place called "SOUS LE CHATEAU".

Vinification and wine ageing:
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 456 litre barrels. Aged for 10 months followed by 2 months in vats.

"Lightly cedary citrus aroma. Tense from the acidity but creamy in the mouth. Gentle, harmonious, approachable but with enough freshness on the finish to balance all that easy fruit. Drink to 2028."
