Agnes Paquet took over 3 hectares of family vines in Auxey Duresses in 1999 and produced her first vintage in 2001.

This wine takes its name from the two plots from which it comes:
LES PLUMES: Plot in the town of Meursault with predominantly clay soil.
THE TOPO DU CLOU: In the town of Meloisey, this young vine, on a hillside, next to our Hautes Côtes de Beaune Blanc, has a predominantly limestone terroir.

We wanted to give back its letters of nobility to this beautiful grape variety that is Aligoté. This has long been criticised and categorised as a simple wine.

By taking care of the grape, however, we can reveal beautiful things; finesse, fruit and complexity. This is what we want to show you through this cuvée which will highlight each of the terroirs exploited. Aging in 500l barrels gives it great complexity and length.

"From vines in Meursault (chalky limestone and clay) and Meloisey (limestone). 10 months in 500-litre demi-muid.
Mid lemon. Ripe citrus, lemon and mature apple. Medium body, moderate acidity. Salty finish. Drink to 2028."
