100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. 10% of the wine has been stored in 5,000 litre French foudres.

Nimbus refers to the clouds that gently descend upon the valleys of Chile, reflecting the exact balance between temperature and humidity and providing optimum conditions for the production of classy, concentrated and complex wines. The Maipo region stretches to the east of Santiago as far as the Andes and to the west, towards the seaside, shaping three distinct sectors in the Maipo Valley: Alto Maipo (foothills), Maipo central and Maipo costero (coastal).

This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Maipo Alto, where a deep alluvial soil, with layers of clay and sand, combines with the breeze that descends from the Andes Mountains and cools the valley at night. This sector is renowned for delivering elegant, concentrated wines with silky tannins.

A perfect food match for venison or beef or the finest barbecued meats.
