Wine with a bright, clear citrus colour. It’s aroma presents floral and tropical fruit traces. In mouth the complexy of Antão Vaz predominates which gives it freshness and intensity. A wine that reflects the genuine “terroir” of Sobroso.

The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our cellar, where the transformation process began with total destemming and soft crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months and partial aging in French oak barrels.

"The 2021 Branco Reserva (formerly called the Barrique Select, but it's the same wine) is an Antão Vaz aged for five months in used French oak. It comes in at 13.4% alcohol. A light and gentle Reserva, this is easygoing, with moderate concentration and nice freshness, but there's not a lot of energy. It tastes great and might do well on its own. It can hold up to some foods, but I wouldn't pick powerful ones. Drink to 2026.
