A vegan friendly blend of Macabeo & Chardonnay. The age of the vines is 20-65 years from an altitude of 600-800 metres. Straw yellow in colour. Highly aromatic and floral with outstanding freshness and subtle notes of tropical fruits such as mango. Harmonious and lingering with good acidity and an almost effervescent mouthfeel.

Great on it's own or as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish and seafood, pasta salad, sushi, Thai cuisine, vegetarian dishes and poultry dishes with cream sauces.

In 1985, Miguel Antonio Esteban decided to purchase 150 hectares of vineyards on the best land in the Cariñena PDO region. He acquired new plots of land year after year, before deciding to build his own winery in 2003. Today they have grown to 400 hectares of vineyards and boast state-of-the-art facilities and technology. However, they have not lost sight of the importance of tradition, know how and responsibility. The day-to-day operations at the winery now involve three generations of the family, whose main values are quality, excellence and innovation, environmental sustainability and a love for their product and their land.
