Intense colour, bright pale yellow, with golden-copper shades. Elegant bouquet, intense with hints of tropical fruit and flowers. A nicely structured palate - balanced with a pleasant finish.

A blend of different grapes coming from different parts of Italy - Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Vermentino.

The elegance and the smooth finish of this wine make it suitable on its own or complementing a very large range of appetisers, entrees and main courses. Very versatile and perfect by the glass. Serve at a temperature of 8-9 °C.

Since 1925 the Straccali wine estate in Tuscany, founded by its namesake Giulio Straccali, has been in the vanguard of progressive Chianti wine producers. An expert enologist, entrepreneur, farmer and wine producer, Giulio Straccali was above all a man of vision. Through the wines of Italy, he sought to communicate to the rest of the world the scents, the colours and the flavours of his beloved homeland. Today the original project continues under the wise guidance of the Zingarelli family.

The grapes were harvested at the end of August - early September. The juice, after about two hours of maceration was separated from the skins through gentle pressing and then fermented at 20°C for about 12 days. Part of the Vermentino wine was refined in oak before blending. The bottling, sterile and at low temperature, takes place after the microfiltration.
