Pale terracotta colour. Fine bubbles. Aromas of red fruits with light notes of ageing. Structured, very tasty and persistent.

In 1964 the first bottle came out, under the name of Rosado Brut and Rosado Semiseco, which, as of 2007, gives way to what we now know as Salvatge Brut Rosé, much more delicate, fresh and fruity.

The origin of Nadal sparkling wines goes back to the end of the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), when Ramon Nadal Giró retrieved the vineyards that had been expropriated to make an airfield. He then decided to reorient the family brandy business towards the production of sparkling wine. As a result of this evolution, the first bottle of Brut Nadal saw the light of day in 1943.

"The new pale rosé 2018 Salvatge Brut Rosé was produced with 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Macabeo, a delicate and elegant rosé with the spirit and the freshness of the white and a little more body from the red. It's clean and fresh, with integrated bubbles, despite its young age (36 months). It was disgorged and adjusted to 7.6 grams of sugar from the must of a late harvest, so it's quite integrated with the acidity. 12,489 bottles produced. Drink to 2025."
