The colour is ruby red with purple reflections.This is a beautiful Dolectto bursting with fresh blueberry and cherry fruit. A rich mouthfeel and ripe tannic structure make this a great Dolcetto for the dinner table. It is very well-balanced with a long and complex finish.

Pair with pasta dishes with meat sauce and white meat dishes.

A 30-year-old vineyard located in Serralunga d'Alba. North-western exposure and calcareous-clayish soil: these grapes give an intense and rich Dolcetto that reaches the same quality level as the DOCG Langhe Dolcetto.

Dolcetto is the name of the grape and literally means little sweet one. It is of great importance to the Piedmontese and is perfectly suited to the north-west of Italy in both climate and soil. It is matured in steel tanks for 8 to 9 months which contributes to its fresh and fruity cherry and almond character.
