Brilliant pale straw with green hues. Highly perfumed and delicate aromas of lemon blossom and kaffir lime leaf. Some talcy mineral notes add complexity.

Refined yet powerful. Concentrated around a core of fresh kaffir lime, lemon drop lollies. Spear-like acidity and a slightly talcy texture are markers of the region and season. A very long finish. Stunning.

Named after family matriarch, ‘The Merle’ is selected from the best parcels of Riesling from our Polish Hill River Estate, this release is sourced from 3 blocks. We are aiming for the purest expression of Polish Hill Riesling for this wine.
