A JN newcomer which has already established a loyal following, L'Or du Sud comes from vineyards located in the Aude region with its Chardonnay-friendly chalky clay soils. This 100% Chardonnay is a golden colour with light green glints. The characteristic nose of white flowers together with white fruit aromas leads on to a fruity palate with buttery nuances. The finish is long and elegant. A great food pairing for white meats and fish.
Michele Biancardi Uno Piu Uno 2013

Michele is committed to producing wines which are distinctive and represent the terroir of Puglia. Three varieties of indigenous grapes are grown in his vineyards, Fiano, Primitivo and Nero di Troia.
The Primitivo grapes used in this wine are harvested in late August whilst the Nero di Troia is picked in late September. Only the best grapes are chosen. The grapes then undergo de-stemming and a light pressing. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months and then aged in bottle for at least 2 months before it is released. The result is a wine that is robust and jammy, with hints of tobacco.
