Both the Casablanca Nimbus Estate Sauvignon Blanc and the Casablanca Cefiro Chardonnay have been picked for their quality and price. The single estate Nimbus Sauvignon Blanc is as good an example of a New World Sauvignon as we can find, while the Casablanca Chardonnay is descibed as a "masterpiece of winemaking".
