From Santa Carolina, one of the largest wine producers in Chile, this charming Sauvignon has a typically aromatic nose with hints of lemon, tangerine and orange blossom. On the palate there are the characteristic mown grass hints with a touch of strawberry and citrus. It is dry and light with sprightly acidity and a certain floral character offering an attractive foil to the fragrant citrus.

This wine would be ideal as an apéritif and would make the perfect partner for seafood and fish dishes.
