Parajes de los Vidrios is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. Combining the wisdom of Miguel Santiago in the vineyard (the 5th generation of winemakers in the area), the winemaking knowledge of Manuel Manzaneque and the commercial experience of Aseuniv Grandes Vinos this great project is formed, to create fine, elegant and soulful Madrid wines .

The vineyard is between 800 and 920 meters high, with Garnacha and Albillo vines between 60 and 100 years old. The soils are poor, sandy and granitic, plowed with cavalry. In the winery we work with the utmost consideration of the raw material, seeking as a result honest wines that reflect their origin and the identity of the land. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, with a total respect for the environment.

Garnacha is living a real golden age and has gone from being a variety, for years reviled, to a fashionable grape, which everyone talks about and everyone wants to enjoy. Wineries such as Madrid's Parajes de Cadalso, committed to their recovery, are responsible for this brilliant resurgence, which takes shape in wines as worthy of being taken into account as this.
