Parajes de los Vidrios is located in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. Combining the wisdom of Miguel Santiago in the vineyard (the 5th generation of winemakers in the area), the winemaking knowledge of Manuel Manzaneque and the commercial experience of Aseuniv Grandes Vinos this great project is formed, to create fine, elegant and soulful Madrid wines .

The vineyard is between 800 and 920 meters high, with Garnacha and Albillo vines between 60 and 100 years old. The soils are poor, sandy and granitic, plowed with cavalry. In the winery we work with the utmost consideration of the raw material, seeking as a result honest wines that reflect their origin and the identity of the land. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, with a total respect for the environment.

Parajes de los Vidrios Albillo 2018 - A single hectare parcel exists - A single varietal of deep, round fruit and complex aromas, thanks to fermentation, with native yeast, and the subsequent aging of 7 months in French oak barrels to which it was rested.

Pale straw yellow color.

With clean aromas of white flower on the nose, fresh grass and stone and tree fruit - think pear and golden apple!

The palate is fresh, complex, with a balanced acidity and a beauifully, lifted finish.
