Made using Raboso grapes native to Northern Italy, this bright pink sparkler shows sweet aromas of raspberry and strawberry, followed by sweet fruit flavours. Like any good frizzante, the effervescence is soft, creamy and not too intense.

Grapes are hand selected, then crushed and the juice fermented at low temperature. The wine is then refermented in steel vats and undergoes microfiltering before bottling. This Prosecco Frizzante has a fine, crisp, elegant floral bouquet with hints of fresh cut bread and hints of lemon.

A beautiful accompaniment to antipasti, particularly dishes involving fish and salt.
