We have selected popular white wines from a range of grape varieties and countries. We hope you enjoy exploring the range of flavours and styles they offer. Case of 6 consists of one of each wine:

    Cline Chardonnay 2019, Sonoma, USA
This Chardonnay is from Cline's Sonoma Coast vineyard. This is a dry, crisp and delicious wine, with notes of pineapple, citrus and a smooth oaky vanilla finish. It is a balanced and food-friendly wine. It pairs well with shellfish, chicken, roast pork or is excellent as an aperitif.

Umani Ronchi Vellodoro Terre di Chieti Pecorino 2021, Abruzzo, Italy
The name of Pecorino grape variety, also known as "grape of the sheep", derives from the strong connection between sheep farming and agriculture. Intense aromas of fruit and flowers to the nose, with very clear mineral notes, intense and persistent. On the palate it shows a good structure and a pleasant freshness, with ripe stone fruit and refreshing floral notes. Ideal with fish dishes, fresh cheeses and lighter pasta dishes.

    Quinta Soalheiro Allo, Melgaço, Portugal
In this blend, Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with Loureiro, floral and delicate, resulting in a lively yet elegant white wine. The moderately low alcohol content contributes to the wine's balance. Perfect as a seasonal aperitif, it also pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, mature cheeses and smoked meats. The name ALLO comes from the first two letters of Alvarinho and Loureiro. Always a favourite in our tastings!

Pajzos Tokaji Hárslevelu T 2018, Tokaji, Hungary
Hárslevelu, which translates to 'lime leaf' in the native tongue, is a grape that - like Furmint - is used to produce the famous and timeless dessert wines of the historic Tokaj region. Here, in its dry form, the grape showcases its aromatic, blossomy character on top of a peachy palate that is tempered by the trademark zingy acidity that this grape and region has become known for. A superb wine that will pair beautifully with an array of dishes ranging from salads to cheeses (especially blue!) and white meats.

Rustenberg Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Stellenbosch, South Africa
An elegant and classy Sauvignon Blanc from one of South Africa's premiere producers. It has the intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of tropical fruits, melon and gooseberry, with underlying tones of apple blossom, kiwi, pineapple and passion fruit sustained on a fresh, crisp and well-balanced palate with prodigious length.

Domaine Gayda Cépage Viognier 2021, Languedoc, France
Pale lemon gold with an explosive nose. Lovely flavours of apricot, peach and acacia blossom give way to an elegance and freshness balancing perfectly the richness of the noble and intriguing grape.
