RubyBlue Fruit Liqueurs taste like real fruit, because they’re made with real fruit in small batches from quintuple distilled Irish grain spirit & authentically infused with natural Blackcurrants, Wild Blueberries, Cranberries & Chilli Peppers.

We authentically infuse whole wild blueberries with our special blend of Irish spirit distilled from barley for a delicately sweet but fresh flavour. It’s Stunning to see the berries dance in the bottle but only when you taste do you truly appreciate why we carefully hand fill the whole blueberries into the bottle and wait patiently with anticipation as it slowly matures into a beautiful liqueur.
