All products are sold subject to availability. James Nicholson Wine Ltd. and James Nicholson Wine Merchant Ltd. reserve the right to amend prices, for example following Government or legislative changes or in the event of foreign major exchange movements.
Substitute Wines
Should a wine become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a wine of equal or superior quality and value.
Errors and Omissions
James Nicholson Wine Ltd. and James Nicholson Wine Merchant Ltd. accept no liability arising from any errors (including typographical) or any omissions.
Contract
Your order is an offer to buy the product(s) in your order. An automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order will be sent. This does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we despatch the product to you.
You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available in PDF format in the Your Account area of the website.

10% Case discount is not applicable to Fine Wine, En Primeur, Spirits and non-wine products including packaging.
Products included in the Special Offer section are not eligible for any case discount.
